4. What safety standards does Cheer Amusement® meet?

Cheer Amusement® maintains a proactive and rigorous approach to ensure our equipment and play units meet and exceed all North American and European indoor playground systems standards, including TÜV, ASTM, CPSIA, UL94, NFPA701, EN1176, and CE. As a result, we are fully qualified and prepared to analyze local requirements and standards to ensure your specific play system satisfies them in different regions and countries. In addition, Cheer Amusement® is an ISO9001:2000-certified manufacturer.

5.What information would I need to provide to get started?
In order for us to plan and design your ideal play unit, we would need a basic layout of the venue and design concept, along with other key factors influencing scale, including but not limited to catchment, competition, required product mix, available capital, and required income.
 
6. How does pricing work?
Every project at Cheer Amusement® is highly customized down to the finest detail. As a result, the quote for each project varies. Many factors have to be considered for us to provide our clients with an accurate quote, including but not limited to location, play unit size, play unit contents, and target age group. Once we receive basic information about how you'd like to design your ideal play unit, we will be able to provide an initial design and quote within three business days of design confirmation.
 
7. What is the standard turnaround time for projects? From planning to installation?
The turnaround time for each project varies depending on project size and complexity. The standard turnaround time is usually 1 month for design and production, 1 month for shipping, and 1 month for installation training. Larger and more complex projects may need a longer turnaround time depending on the complexity of the play system.
 
8. What is the installation process for international projects?
Cheer Amusement®'s experienced technicians provide professional installation training to guide customers towards perfect project installations.
